SUCCESS for SIOFRA at the National Division 2 Finals  winning the Silver in the 100 Fly and following it up with the Gold in 200m Free – Congrats from all at Asgard SC.

Well done to all our swimmers who have been making excellent PB’s with Lydia easily breaking the 3 minute barrier in her 200 IM with a time of 2.56 coming 8th.
